2Account Terms

Eligibility

To use AI Opt-Out Manager, you must:

• ✓Be at least 16 years of age
• ✓Provide accurate and complete registration information
• ✓Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ✓Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

One Account Per Person

Each person may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limitations or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

3Service Tiers & Billing

Billing Terms

• •Subscription billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your upgrade date
• •Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •Payment processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe
• •Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increases

Cancellation & Refunds

• •Cancel anytime: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings
• •Access until period ends: After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• •Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for partial months
• •Downgrade: When your subscription ends, your account will revert to the Free tier

4Acceptable Use

You Agree Not To:

• ✗Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• ✗Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• ✗Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• ✗Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service
• ✗Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• ✗Circumvent any access or usage limitations we put in place

5Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Opt-Out Manager and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

Your Content

Any content you create within the Service (such as notes or custom labels) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use this feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

6Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

We Do Not Warrant That:

• !The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• !Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• !Third-party platforms will honor opt-out requests made following our instructions

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI OPT-OUT MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• • Your use or inability to use the Service
• • Any third party's failure to honor opt-out requests
• • Changes to third-party platforms that affect opt-out processes
• • Unauthorized access to your account or data
• • Any other matter relating to the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• •Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• •We may delete your account and all associated data
• •If you had a paid subscription, no refund will be provided for termination due to Terms violations

Survival

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

8Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Opt-Out Manager and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against AI Opt-Out Manager, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or we may bring a formal proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and notifying you via email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
